Program Coordinator, Special Projects

IE University is seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Coordinator to support the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to IE's corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of programs and activities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Manage communication flows between participants, professors, and multiple IE departments.
  • Support program logistics and operations, including coordination of tasks and program components.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to ensure high standard levels for corporate participants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve participant experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Arabic a plus.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to coordinate with multinational stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
