Program Coordinator

IE University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the academic operations team, you will be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities related to IE's diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with students, professors, and various IE departments to ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Manage communication flows, program logistics, and operations to support faculty members and corporate participants.
  • Support students in the admission process, registration applications, and enrollment formalization.
  • Use students' feedback to identify ways to improve their experience with IE.
  • Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, as this position requires both languages daily.
  • Cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accountability.
  • Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
