Program Coordinator

IE University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program logistics and operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage communication flows between students, professors, and various IE departments.
  • Support faculty members in ensuring high standards for our corporate participants.
  • Assist students with admission processes, registration applications, and enrollment formalities.
  • Meet with students to resolve issues, offer advice, and provide support with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • A collaborative team player with solid customer management skills, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
