Key Responsibilities- Create and enforce policies for effective data management.
- Develop techniques for collecting high-quality data, ensuring adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy.
- Identify limitations for good data management and solve challenges using advanced problem-solving skills.
- Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze information and data systems to discover ways of enhancing them.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data quality.
- A thorough understanding of data administration and management functions.
- A good business mindset or experience working with commercial teams.
- Familiarity with modern, high-tech databases and IT systems.
- Experience with a CRM is a must, having Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary databases and software.
- Proficient at digesting, understanding, and analyzing large amounts of data.
- Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.
