Company Overview: Software International (SI) is a leading provider of technical talent to various clients worldwide, including Fortune 100/500/1000 companies and small to mid-sized organizations in Canada and the US. Our company currently has an indefinite contract with a web development client as an Administrative Coordinator - Merchant Accounts. The role involves providing confidential administrative assistance to both senior executives and clients/merchants.
Salary: $10 EURO/hour (1600 Euro/month), based on the rate provided and taking into account the location in Czechia.
Job Description:
Administrative Support Role
- Merchant Account Management: Prepare, coordinate, acquire, and manage online merchant accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records of merchant account information, documentation, and correspondence, preparing reports and statements as needed.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate communication between internal departments and merchants.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Merchant Accounts team, performing additional tasks and special projects assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Aptitudes and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of previous administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail, aptitude with numbers, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative skillset, including filling out detailed applications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
