We offer an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with local distributors, retailers, and market channels to drive sales growth. They will work closely with the company's headquarters and stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends and opportunities.
Responsibilities:

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, leveraging your understanding of the local market to achieve business objectives.
- Fieldwork: Visit distributors, retail channels, and market sites independently to build partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and native proficiency in Chinese.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for mobility and visiting market sites and partners independently.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Communication: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and strong communication skills in both Spanish and Chinese.
- Sales Expertise: Sales expertise with a proven track record of achieving targets.
