Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients and distributors, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region through direct sales and distributor networks.
  • Identify and build relationships with key clients, hospitals, and distributors to expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical consumables market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and meet client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Participate in tender procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the medical devices industry, ideally with exposure to syringes, needles, or sutures.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and experience in working with both direct sales and distributor models.
  • Experience in handling tender procedures is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business (up to 50% of the time).
