**Job Title:** Senior Sales Professional - Medical Aesthetics
**Company Overview:
Envision Talent Solutions is a leading provider of top-notch sales professionals to the medical aesthetics industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in Southern Virginia.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year
**Job Description:
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth and customer success in the medical aesthetics field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on products and solutions, including conducting product demonstrations at trade shows and client meetings.
- Conduct market research and manage territory to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide in-service training and ongoing support to customers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and support customer success.
- Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to resolve post-sale customer issues.
- Track, report, and manage sales data in an organized and efficient timeframe.
**Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the medical aesthetics field.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; however, 2+ additional years of sales experience within the medical technology field can be substituted in place of a degree.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating high-quality leads.
- Strong prospecting, territory management, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Practical communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and reporting sales activities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to honesty and professional growth.
- Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.
**Preferred Requirements:
2+ years of direct medical laser, B2B sales experience, plus capital equipment sales experience is preferred but not required.
