Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service and Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our student housing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Support the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage student complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Space Management:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our student housing spaces, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Manage the communication with students, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Skills:
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the student housing or hospitality industry.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Administrative Skills:
- Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.
- Ability to complete administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy.
