Customer Experience Specialist

As a Service and Sales Assistant, you'll be part of a global team that's dedicated to providing exceptional service to our students. You'll be responsible for managing the student experience, handling sales and administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the student experience, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks
* Ensure the smooth operation of our spaces, including managing communication and completing key administrative tasks
* Handle complaints and provide excellent student experiences
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
**What We're Looking For:**
* A proactive and problem-solving individual with strong customer service skills
* Highly organized with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly
* Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases
* Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness
* Qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy
**What We Offer:**
* A competitive salary of EUR €9,000.00/Yr.
* 5 weeks' annual leave (25 days) + Additional 6 days of Easter and 8 days of Christmas
