**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care & Fashion Advisor to join our team at Mytheresa. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international premium clients in the US market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients concerning the order process
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product/customer related issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement of internal processes to ensure seamless customer experience

**Requirements**

  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level
  • First-hand experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry
  • Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, with strong teamwork skills
  • Proactive and organized, with good time management skills
  • Working computer skills, with experience in ticketing systems a plus
