Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with business users to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions. Analyze data to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
  • Legal and Regulatory Understanding: Familiarize yourself with legal rules and regulations relevant to the business domain. Ensure compliance by incorporating legal requirements into system designs.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent knowledge
  • Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Several years of experience in business analysis
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
