Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with business users to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
- Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions. Analyze data to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
- Legal and Regulatory Understanding: Familiarize yourself with legal rules and regulations relevant to the business domain. Ensure compliance by incorporating legal requirements into system designs.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent knowledge
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
- Several years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
