Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional concierge support to Independent Software Vendors, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term partner relationships.
  • Define and execute a structured multi-channel outreach cadence, positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Collect and articulate customer feedback, providing valuable insights to the business.
Requirements:
  • Proficient or bilingual in Dutch, with advanced English skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, 1 year of account management experience, and 1 year of IT industry experience.
  • Sales skills, including modern selling techniques, core messaging strategy, and ability to navigate to decision makers.
  • Basic understanding of target industry and ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
  • Fluent with basic productivity tools and experience using CRM systems.
