About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our International Existing Business team at SD Worx Spain.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the use of our solutions for our existing customers, specifically for the Finnish market.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer needs and translating them into effective solutions
- Providing configuration, training, and support to ensure customers get the most out of our software
- Building long-term, sustainable relationships with customers
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the success of our internal projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An analytical mindset and logical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent knowledge of English and a passion for customer experience
