About the Opportunity:
As a Housekeeping Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca, you will lead a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our hotel. Your key responsibilities will include interviewing, training, and scheduling staff, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating work orders to ensure seamless operations.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a stunning historic property perched on the Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver outstanding results. You should have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a luxury hotel, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be self-driven, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a good command of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
