**The Role of Housekeeping Coordinator at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor:**

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our pre-opening team. The Housekeeping Coordinator is an essential member of the Housekeeping team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our discerning guests. The Housekeeping team works tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring every Guest Room and Public Area is immaculate at all times.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate closely and regularly with Front Office Rooms Controllers in terms of room assignments and readiness according to arrival report.
  • Have knowledge of the operations/responsibilities of an order taker and ensure all calls are dealt with to meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.
  • Help dispatch guest requests, allocate rooms, control the rooms inventory and assist colleagues and guests in any possible way.
  • Keep informed of any extraordinary or emergency situations and relate them to Supervisor or Managers including any guest complaints or problems.
  • Redirect guests' requests to the appropriate team members with the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotel.
  • Record all follow-up actions required in the telephone log book.
  • Perform inventory accurately and in a timely manner as per Four Seasons Hotel standards.
  • Record all required documentation accurately and completely.

**Requirements:**

  • Good written and spoken English skills are essential.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word, and ability to use property management systems such as Opera and HotSos systems.
  • Able to work in shifts.

**Our Ideal Housekeeping Coordinator will have:**

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic is essential.

**We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
