Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Engineer Iberia to join our team at Bfv Service Gmbh. As a key member of our Services Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Iberia region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial proposals for Maintenance services based on existing client portfolios.
  • Establish lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Promote campaigns targeting the installed base and strategic markets, including replacements, retrofits, training, and other value-added services.
  • Provide ad-hoc solutions using the available portfolio, covering the entire product lifecycle.
  • Handle and develop proposals/offers for public tenders, ensuring operational feasibility.
  • Participate in the diversification of the client portfolio and contribute to its growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Electrical/Electronic Technical Engineering background, preferably with strong knowledge of power electronics.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales role, preferably in a commercial activity management position.
  • Strong social and communication skills, with continuous contact with clients and other departments of the company.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work in industrial and dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in commercial activity management with CRM will be positively valued.
  • Availability for travel is required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
