Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Engineer Iberia to join our team at Bfv Service Gmbh. As a key member of our Services Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Iberia region.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop commercial proposals for Maintenance services based on existing client portfolios.
- Establish lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Promote campaigns targeting the installed base and strategic markets, including replacements, retrofits, training, and other value-added services.
- Provide ad-hoc solutions using the available portfolio, covering the entire product lifecycle.
- Handle and develop proposals/offers for public tenders, ensuring operational feasibility.
- Participate in the diversification of the client portfolio and contribute to its growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Electrical/Electronic Technical Engineering background, preferably with strong knowledge of power electronics.
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales role, preferably in a commercial activity management position.
- Strong social and communication skills, with continuous contact with clients and other departments of the company.
- Negotiation skills and ability to work in industrial and dynamic environments.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in commercial activity management with CRM will be positively valued.
- Availability for travel is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
