Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Sales Engineer to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Technical Sales Support
Act as the technical resource to sales teams, providing expert guidance on our solutions and their applications.
Customer Relationship ManagementManage the technical relationship with customers before and during the sale, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Product Development FeedbackProvide valuable feedback to our Product Development Team on customer needs and requests, driving innovation and improvement.
Technical AdvisoryOffer technical expertise to sales teams, development teams, and leadership on matters related to our solutions.
Sales Opportunity IdentificationCollaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
Industry Event ParticipationParticipate in trade shows and industry events to promote our solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Experience
8-10 years of experience in a pre-sales cybersecurity role, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
Language SkillsAbility and comfortability working in English and Spanish.
Cybersecurity KnowledgeHands-on experience with SOC, SIEM, and/or other cybersecurity tools, as well as knowledge of common cybersecurity terminology.
Sales Team ExperienceExperience working with sales teams as part of sales cycles, with a strong understanding of sales tools and processes.
Technical SkillsFamiliarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux technologies, as well as knowledge of cloud architectures such as AWS and/or Azure solutions.
