Lead and manage a high-performing sales team for Iberia market.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.Foster a positive and motivating team culture to drive sales performance.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.Establish strong relationships with key clients of FMCG/retail sector and different stakeholders.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the Iberia services sector.Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Sales Director Iberia (H/M/D) should have:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience of more than 10 years leading a sales team.Strong knowledge of the business services for FMCG companies, particularly in the Iberia region.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in strategic planning and business development.High level of English, Portuguese is a plus.
