About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our international team as a Senior Legal Counsel for IT Contracts. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading technology company, supporting procurement purchases and analyzing legal matters related to IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and advise on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts
  • Negotiate IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Support procurement purchases in the IT services industry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree from a European country
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney at law
  • Contracting and negotiation expertise
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Preferred Qualifications

Admission to the local Bar (Spain) and experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services) would be considered an advantage. Additionally, advanced knowledge of French, allowing understanding and negotiating of contracts in those languages (B2 in European Language Framework), would be beneficial.
