About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our international team as a Senior Legal Counsel for IT Contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and advise on legal matters related to IT contracts
  • Negotiate IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Support procurement purchases in the IT services industry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree from a European country
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law
  • Contracting and negotiation expertise
  • Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
