About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our international team as a Senior Legal Counsel for IT services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters related to IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to negotiate IT contracts and provide expert legal advice to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and advise on legal matters related to IT contracts
  • Negotiate IT contracts with vendors
  • Provide expert legal advice to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Work closely with our international team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree from a European country
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney at law
  • Contracting and negotiation expertise
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome applications from candidates with:

  • Admission to the local Bar (Spain)
  • Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services)
  • Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector
