* Working as part of a team and guiding junior legal team members
Requirements:
* Fully qualified lawyer in the EU or UK
* Located in Germany, the UK or other EU location where we are active
* 6-10 years of experience working in-house or in private practice
* Ability to draft legal documents and work in English
* Experience in Data Privacy and/or EU Employment law is preferred
* Experience preparing for an IPO
* Experience working with regulated companies in the finance/fintech industry
* Thrive in a start-up environment
* Ability to distill complex legal advice into understandable guidance
* Comfortable balancing risk and opportunity
* Enjoy collaborating with multiple teams
