About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in Valencia, Spain. As a key player in our exciting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Communicate effectively through phone, email, chat, and social media to provide top-notch support.
- Personalize Interactions: Utilize your extraordinary communication skillslistening, empathy, and personalizationto make every customer feel valued.
- Guide and Assist: Help customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the right solutions and leave with a smile.
- Enhance Processes: Identify customer needs and escalate issues internally to improve our services and processes.
- Drive Performance: Focus on key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity to achieve outstanding results.
- Boost Retention: Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through impactful experiences.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent Dutch (C2) skills with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Problem-Solver: A smart and enthusiastic individual who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
- Empathetic Approach: Calm and understanding when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Curious and Creative: A love for investigation and using creative problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
