Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize hotel room revenue through data-driven pricing and rate management strategies
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor developments to inform revenue strategies
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management to develop and execute market-wide revenue strategies
  • Optimize revenue management systems and processes to drive efficiency and profitability
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue reservations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
