We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue through effective pricing, rate parity distribution across all channels, and hotel inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning, and future market needs.
- Execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor the daily online pricing to ensure it is in line with pricing and sales strategies.
- Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Monitor market and competitor developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Concierge, and Front Desk, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Optimize and maintain our Revenue Management Systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in revenue management.
- Experience with booking systems, revenue management systems, GDS, OTA extranets, and channel managers.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
