Overview

IE Business School is seeking a skilled CRM & Automation Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing customer relationship management systems and automated marketing journeys. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM utilization and the orchestration of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy aimed at enhancing customer activation, engagement, and retention while minimizing churn and promoting enrollments. Establish and manage touchpoints throughout the customer journey via automated communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, calls) to engage users digitally and improve conversion rates at various funnel stages. Spearhead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of marketing automation tools for capturing, scoring, nurturing, and tracking potential customers. Segment target audiences and develop nurturing programs to continuously optimize marketing conversions. Design, implement, and refine landing pages using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and increase lead generation. Create functional designs for data capture forms and ensure data quality control in marketing-related activities. Leverage Marketing Automation tools to integrate with various platforms through APIs (e.g., Zapier, Integromat). Analyze and report on performance metrics of different assets and actions throughout the marketing funnel. Manage and coordinate internal client relationships across various departments and schools. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement innovative strategies throughout the marketing funnel.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within digital marketing, including tasks such as landing page design, customer journey optimization, email marketing, and A/B testing. Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics; familiarity with Hubspot or Adobe is a plus. Experience in CRM migration processes is highly regarded. Knowledgeable about best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Personalization, Growth, and AI. Possess a marketing-oriented and technical mindset. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Exceptional customer and team management abilities. Capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines. A creative, results-driven individual with an outgoing personality, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to grow within a diverse team.
