  • Manage and enhance the Hubspot platform to bolster outreach and improve sales/customer success agent productivity.
  • Marketing Automation and Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement automated workflows to boost customer engagement and enhance team efficiency utilizing HubSpot.
  • Segment target audiences and customize marketing initiatives for various customer profiles.
  • Performance Evaluation and Insights:
  • Assess the effectiveness of outbound campaigns using HubSpot's analytical tools and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to management to optimize marketing strategies, return on investment, and team performance.
  • Training and Guidance:
  • Offer training and continuous support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry standards.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee the smooth execution of strategies.
  • Engage with the content team to monitor the performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and enhance them.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
  • Qualifications and Soft Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Hubspot.
  • Hubspot certifications in Sales and Service (Marketing certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate and monitor campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to collaboratively manage projects with Sales and Customer Success Management teams.
