Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Jocson College. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess client creditworthiness and make informed business decisions.
  • Loan Management: Oversee the loan documentation, loan management, loan pricing, sales, and marketing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop new loan products, services, and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all loan accounts conform to regulatory requirements, monitoring maturing PNs and requesting necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in leasing and financing, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Location: Based in Valencia, Bukidnon, with the ability to work on-site and travel as needed.
