- Marketing Automation: Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline our sales and marketing processes.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to gain valuable insights and inform business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our CRM and marketing automation processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, preferably in a startup environment or fintech company.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM developments, customization, plugins, and workflows.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of customer journey and processes, as well as experience working with email, CRM, loyalty, referral, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and a creative mindset.
