About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Head of Customer Relationship Management to join our team at PayRetailers Arg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our CRM and marketing automation efforts to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives customer loyalty.
  • Marketing Automation: Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline our sales and marketing processes.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to gain valuable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our CRM and marketing automation processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, preferably in a startup environment or fintech company.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM developments, customization, plugins, and workflows.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of customer journey and processes, as well as experience working with email, CRM, loyalty, referral, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and a creative mindset.
