About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Customer Relationship Management to lead our global CRM team and drive customer-centric growth at EasyPark Group. As a key member of our Marketing Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a customer-centric CRM strategy that drives long-term growth and customer experience.
- Lead and grow a high-performing CRM team, including experienced consultants, to achieve business targets and vision.
- Translate business goals into impactful and scalable CRM programs across all owned channels, including push, web, email, and in-app messages.
- Map customer journeys across various segments (B2C/B2B/Industry) and identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
- Use customer, marketing, behavior, and conversion data to inform CRM strategies and drive customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure effective CRM-product integration and drive growth targets.
- Own the data activation roadmap and requirements to advance real-time, cross-channel, and personalization use-cases.
- Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and results analysis.
About You

Requirements
- 10-15 years of CRM experience, with 5-7 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive leadership experience, leading both direct reports and/or other teams.
- Experience from a centralized setup serving multiple countries and products.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or technology.
