We are looking for a skilled Creative Services Operations Specialist to enhance our operational framework at AWWG. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in overseeing and orchestrating the daily functions of our facilities to bolster our workforce and business activities.

AWWG is a leading global fashion conglomerate that encompasses the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, while also serving as the licensed distributor for renowned labels such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.

The Objective

Your primary aim will be to cultivate Operational Excellence across various domains, including Vendor Networks, Quality Assurance, Budget Management, Prototype Development, Logistics, Production, Shipping, and Installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Processes and Operational guidelines for Pepe Jeans, covering areas such as Windows, In-store displays, and Events.
  • Collaborate closely with new Pillar leaders to implement Production and Processes efficiently, balancing cost-effectiveness with creativity.
  • Receive briefs from the Creative Services team to inform window displays and contribute to Retail and Warehouse developments.
  • Monitor implementations across different regions and facilitate constructive feedback.
  • Partner with Creative Marketing to generate synergies and produce creative assets for the brands.
  • Execute the Global vision in Showrooms and Events.
  • Work alongside Marketing to elevate event experiences to the highest standards of execution.
  • Coordinate with Commercial teams to analyze budgets, implementations, and timelines, ensuring flawless and timely execution.
  • Develop Props, POS communication holders, in-store journey elements, and additional components to enhance consumer environments.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Buying teams to streamline work processes that benefit the brands.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Architectural, Interior, or Industrial Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
