We are currently seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our Clinical Operations Team in Spain.

The primary responsibility of the Clinical Operations Coordinator (COC) is to execute administrative functions for the designated Project Clinical Team. This may encompass activities related to site payments, management of site resources, trial master file maintenance, site activation, Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) updates, study trackers, and other site-facing responsibilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency, precision, and quality of clinical trials.

The COC also provides support to all members of the site management team with local billable administrative tasks and assists in the quality control of central documentation.

Required Skills:


• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.


• Strong understanding and adherence to applicable ICH-GCP Guidelines, as well as international and local regulations and relevant Parexel procedures.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.


• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.


• High dedication to delivering consistently high-quality work.


• Strong problem-solving capabilities.


• Ability to mentor and train junior staff as necessary.


• Active involvement as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in processes and/or platforms with minimal oversight.


• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Knowledge and Experience:


• Previous experience in office management within an international context is advantageous.

Educational Background:


• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are essential.


• A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a degree in life sciences or a related field.
