About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide technical support to our project team. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating non-clinical responsibilities of project administration, including:

  • Performing investigator file reviews and logging outstanding issues in project-related tracking tools
  • Reviewing regulatory documents for proper content
  • Liaising with monitors and investigative sites to resolve outstanding regulatory issues
  • Disseminating study-related information to clients, clinical study teams, and other PPD departments
  • Assisting with the identification of potential investigators and development/distribution of initial protocol packets
  • Creating meeting agendas and minutes, as well as coordinating team conference calls and distribution of meeting minutes
