Iberia Editorial Operations Coordinator

Overview of the Position
In the role of Editorial Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting regional leadership with documentation management, overseeing agreements, and handling communications
- Serving as the security liaison and point of contact for our data protection initiatives
- Providing logistical support to the teams in Spain and Portugal for major events, including accreditation and visa processes
- Coordinating invoice processing in collaboration with the finance and accounting departments
- Engaging with suppliers and the internal procurement team.
- Overseeing the management of the company vehicle fleet
- Administering local subscriptions for services such as television, mobile communications, and news feeds
- Onboarding new staff members with company systems, in partnership with IT
- Collaborating with Facilities on matters related to shipment logistics, health and safety, maintenance, and business continuity
- Planning and organizing company and client events
- Working closely with the broader European Editorial Operations Team
Candidate Profile
You will be well-suited for the Editorial Operations Coordinator position if you possess:
- The capability to navigate a complex and dynamic work environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to adapt to shifting deadlines, along with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proficient problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- The ability to work autonomously or with minimal oversight
