Key Responsibilities
- Oversee logistics and warehouse functions to guarantee optimal performance.
- Formulate and execute plans to enhance network efficiency and simplify operations.
- Supervise warehouse workflows, consistently identifying areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with central operations teams to proactively address potential challenges.
- Design and implement process improvement strategies.

Requirements
- Background in engineering, preferably with a degree in Industrial Organization and Logistics Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English (B2 level) and fluent in Spanish.
- Strong capacity for learning and adapting to new situations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
- Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hardware or software environments.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools.
- Background in logistics or warehousing.
- Knowledge of payment systems or experience with Cash In Transit companies.
