This position presents a chance to be part of our global Operations team within a dynamic and fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will work from our office in Alcobendas, Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse and logistics functions to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Formulate and execute plans to enhance network efficiency and refine operational processes.
  • Supervise and optimize warehouse workflows, consistently identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Central Operations teams to proactively address and resolve potential issues.
  • Design and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Organize and manage inventory to maximize resources and satisfy demand.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills by liaising with personnel from various organizations.
  • Lead initiatives and manage workflows to improve overall operations and meet objectives.

Requirements

  • Background in engineering, preferably with a degree in Industrial Organization and Logistics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level) and fluent in Spanish.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Strong task prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in hardware or software sectors.
  • Familiarity with remote communication tools.
  • Background in logistics or warehousing.
  • Knowledge of payment systems or experience with Cash In Transit companies.
