About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Insights Professional to join our Digital Marketing Operations team in Consumer Strategy and Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking care of data visualization, managing our analytics platform, preparing connections of third parties with our websites, and ensuring data quality meets our standards for our Consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) to support data preparation, data modeling, data science, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Integrate multiple sources with our dashboarding platform Adverity, Adobe Analytics, marketing agency for paid media, ACS for CRM campaigns, stock availability in Magento, sales and returns data.
- Implement data governance practices focusing on automation to ensure data acquisition, data processing, data consistency, quality, large-scale data storage, and traceability throughout the data lifecycle.
- Manage the connection of 3rd party solutions in our website, including implementing tracking pixels to measure activity and new events to be tracked.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Insights team, data Science, and other technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with experience in the management and maintenance of data integration and governance platforms, Database Modelling & Dashboarding (preferably in B2C, e-commerce, or online marketplaces).
- Statistical knowledge and proficiency in SQL. Comfortable with R, Python, and Tableau. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop/Vertica) is a must.
