About the Role:

The Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager at Celonis is responsible for driving the company's data-driven marketing strategy by analyzing complex data sets, deriving actionable insights, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise to optimize campaign performance, improve customer acquisition and retention, and influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing datasets.
Work with IT and data teams to manage data sources, establish data standards, and implement best practices for data management.
Develop processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) that support visualization needs.

Analyze large datasets from various marketing channels (digital, social, email, SEO, etc.) to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.

Work closely with the marketing team to identify key metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
Provide insights that drive the optimization of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Conduct deep dives into customer data to understand customer journeys, segmentations, and lifetime value (LTV).
Utilize this information to inform personalized marketing strategies and product offerings.

Develop and apply predictive models to forecast future marketing outcomes, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Use these models to guide strategic decisions and budget allocations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within a marketing or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).
Strong experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, A/B testing).
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
