About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operation, you will be responsible for driving our data-driven marketing strategy by analyzing complex data sets, deriving actionable insights, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing datasets.
  • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of data sources into visualization tools.
  • Analyze large datasets from various marketing channels to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify key metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Conduct deep dives into customer data to understand customer journeys, segmentations, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and apply predictive models to forecast future marketing outcomes, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with product, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis.
