About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager to drive the company's data-driven marketing strategy. As a key member of the marketing operation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and present findings to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing datasets.
  • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to integrate data sources into visualization tools and develop processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Analyze large datasets from various marketing channels to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify key metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Conduct deep dives into customer data to understand customer journeys, segmentations, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and apply predictive models to forecast future marketing outcomes, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with product, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within a marketing or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
