About the Role

Reconocida Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our IT organization. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business stakeholders, ensuring that their IT needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a main point of contact for business stakeholders, understanding their objectives, strategies, and priorities.
  • Work with IT teams to agree on new programs and changes to existing services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business and IT stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish customer satisfaction levels through regular status reviews and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Demand Management Leadership to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines and business activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
