Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Finance Business Partners on monthly reporting and business reviews.
- Monitor and provide early warnings of operational and financial KPIs to Finance Head and leadership.
- Assume Finance Business Partner ownership of several Business Units and act as a right-hand to the Business Unit Director.
- Support the preparation and analysis of P&L of the Management units.
- Assist Finance Head in establishing the right performance guidelines and targets for each Business Unit to be integrated into the budget, mid-term and long-term plans and product launches.
- Propose and follow-up on KPIs, for example, profitability per BU/customer/product.
- Ensure Finance policies and procedures are in line with local laws and regulations as well as compliant with Takeda SOPs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate financial data into compelling narratives.
- Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bring financial data to life and influence business decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models and analyses to drive business performance and profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Support an environment and culture of continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to provide the most accurate and effective financial information to enable delivery of business commitments.
- Ensure support for global and regional Finance projects and implementation of new policies, systems, and processes in accordance with requirements and timelines from Corporate project teams.
Requirements:
- Finance, Business Administration, and Economy Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience in a dynamic and multinational environment or experience in M&A, transaction services, corporate finance, or audit in a Big 4.
- Minimum experience of 3 years working in a role with similar complexity.
