About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at GoStudent. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic support to various business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy, realism, and alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to business leaders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Financial Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks associated with business activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs, providing data-driven insights and strategic support to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
