Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting
