About the Product Development and Support Department
The Product Development and Support department at Grifols SA is responsible for driving the development and support of our products. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Development
- Track the defined strategy for system products and collaborate with Product Managers to drive established objectives for new products.
- Ensure that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.
- Requirements Gathering and Testing
- Define requirements for products to be developed and gather the needs of all stakeholders.
- Test instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements.
- Customer Support and Training
- Investigate scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer.
- Resolve and respond to customer questions and inquiries.
- Prepare and execute usability studies of developed products.
- Design and write technical information for Application Technicians and conduct training courses on the portfolio.
- Write user manuals for developed products.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, Product Managers, and Application Technicians.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
- Skills and Abilities
- Advanced English language skills (C1.1).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
