About the Role: The Product Development and Support department is looking for a dedicated Product Development and Support Specialist.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and execute the strategic plan for system products, collaborating closely with Product Managers to achieve set objectives for new offerings, ensuring that customer feedback is integral to the decision-making process.
  • Identify and articulate product requirements by engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough testing of instruments and middleware under development to identify issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Investigate scenarios presented by Application Technicians interacting with customers, providing solutions and addressing inquiries.
  • Plan and carry out usability studies for newly developed products.
  • Create and document technical information for Application Technicians and facilitate training sessions on the product portfolio.
  • Develop user manuals for the products created.

Who You Are:

To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
  • Familiarity with donor screening and/or immunohaematology is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English (C1.1 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
