We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an International Project Support Specialist. As a key member of our Production Management department, you will play a crucial role in managing international projects within the plasma supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new projects that enhance plasma treatment and product intermediate processes.
- Develop and analyze project reports to ensure effective implementation and process improvements.
- Monitor project investments and verify data accuracy to inform financial forecasts.
- Review and approve documentation to meet technical and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with validation reports and calibrations.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to improve processes and train staff on new implementations.
- Analyze and organize data to support process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Prepare decision-making reports to enhance efficiency across the plasma supply chain.
- Define and analyze process indicators for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a specialization in Project Management being a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on project management, supply management, and international projects.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
- Knowledge and application of work rules, including GMP, PNT, INS, and BPL.
- Strong management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across different departments and multicultural teams.
- Availability to travel 40% of the time.
