Industrial Operations Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Project Manager to join our Support Operations Area at Instituto Grifols. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring projects related to New Development manufacturing and control processes and efficiency projects within the production plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects at the BioPharma Site located in Parets del Vallés, including both New Development and Efficiency Projects.
  • Collaborate on common projects among the different BioPharma Sites.
  • Lead projects involving third-party customers.
  • Support project management through project portfolio management, new projects inlet, project prioritization, teams workload balance, teams management support, project execution, individual project design, project monitoring through follow-up meetings, and support project with ad-hoc documentation.
  • Manage communication flow both internal Grifols Group and third-party companies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field. Knowledge in project management will be an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • An advanced level in English (C1). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • A high level in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP (preferable).
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions.
  • Be proactive, results-oriented, and have attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
